Make sure to reserve the free shuttle service in advance as it has limited capacity but provides an excellent way to explore Sorrento.

The views from our double room were truly spectacular, overlooking the Bay of Naples and Sorrento. The infinity pool was a highlight, providing a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Breakfast offered a delightful variety, and the attentive staff made dining a pleasure, always willing to accommodate requests. However, we faced long wait times for shuttle pick-ups and found some common areas needed better maintenance. While the hotel was generally quiet, occasional noise from nearby celebrations was a slight annoyance.

We had an amazing group vacation here! The views were stunning, especially from the infinity pool. We explored the beautiful Amalfi Coast and hiked up Vesuvius, which was unforgettable. The free shuttle to Sorrento made it super easy to get around. Breakfast had plenty of options and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
One downside was that the dining room decor felt a bit dated, but it didn't ruin our experience at all.

Couples getaway. you gotta try it!
We had this incredible view over the Bay of Naples and Mt Vesuvius, seriously breathtaking. and the restaurant? The food was just fantastic, couldn’t get enough of the buffet breakfast!
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but you know what, it was still worth it.

My kids wished there were more food options available at the pool during the afternoon. It would be great if the pool restaurant stayed open longer for snacks.

beautiful views but room could use updates
The stunning views of the Gulf of Naples were truly breathtaking, making every sunrise a special moment. The staff, particularly Ornella and Amelia, provided exceptional service, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The shuttle service was incredibly convenient, allowing easy access to local attractions and restaurants, adding great value to our experience.
The decor in the room felt a bit dated, which detracted from the overall luxury feel of the hotel.

The Double Room with Sea View was nice, especially with that stunning view of Vesuvius. The bed was comfy, and air conditioning worked well. The decor was modern but pretty basic. The bathroom was a bit cramped, and the shower could've been better. I really appreciated having that big balcony to chill on and enjoy the sunset. But, honestly, I would've loved a larger shower.
